There’s more to the homes and structures we unbuild than just their materials.
Fort Langley, BC
This 1940 house came with a surprise - the original farmhouse structure as it’s base layer. This house was one of the first farms to service the Fort (1860s). We recovered 160-year-old hand-milled lumber that was cut & milled from the area.
Our team achieved a salvage & recycle rate of 99% on this 1930s charmer. Wood was taken directly from this site and manufactured into bars, floors and table tops at a local restaurant.
